I started the day by finishing up the CSS for the Wikipedia Viewer, and here's a screenshot:
All right, so now it's time to begin work on the second to last FCC project, the Tic Tac Toe project. Technically, I've got to do one other small project that was added earlier in the curriculum (after I had already completed that section, the FCC curriculum is constantly expanding), and that's the Tribute Page project, but that probably won't take me more than an hour or so, it's a simple HTML and CSS page, so I'm not really factoring that in. One other thing, which is a actually a huge thing, is I have to make my official portfolio and deploy it live, but I will do that after I get my FCC front end web development certificate. I turned in a portfolio project earlier in the coursework, and it was fine for where I was at in the coursework, but it's nowhere near good enough to be an official portfolio, so that means I've got some work to do there.
I've also got to keep hacking away at the Harvard CS50 class, so I'll balance that obligation with my desire to complete the FCC front end coursework, which I'm so close to completing.
Everything's looking up!
So today I hosted a Free Code Camp meetup and did some networking as well as helped some of the new fellows on a few algorithms.
Tomorrow it's time for some tic tac toe.
